Realkredit Norden AB provides bridge financing to the property sector. With our own technical platform and automated processes, we give property owners and developers fast and flexible loans, with the focus on collateral value.
Our goal is to build a loan book of several billion kronor over the coming years.
Jonas and Erik founded Tessin, one of the Nordic region’s leading property financing platforms, which arranged more than SEK 5 billion for over 350 projects and acquisitions.

Realkredit is co-owned by Moank Fintech Group, a Swedish group investing in fintech that owns Moank AB and Fimento AB. Realkredit Norden AB is registered as a financial institution with Finansinspektionen.
